* Open PuTTY
 * Under 'Session':
   + Enter 'comsat.credativ.com' in "Host Name (or IP address)"
   + Enter '222' in "Port"
 * Under 'Connection > SSH > Tunnels':
   + Under 'Add new forwarded port'
     - Enter '12234' in "Source port"
     - Enter "<SERVER>:22" where '<SERVER>' is replaced with the IP address of
       the Sugar CRM server in "Destination"
     - Check the 'Remote' tick box
     - Click 'Add'
